Description

I am a trained nurse and registered colonic therapist with nine years experience. Colonic Hydrotherapy otherwise known as Irrigation is the cleansing of the bowel using herbs and water. The treatment is excellent for clients with bowel problems particularly Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Constipation. I see clients with a range of symptoms that stem from the bowel being sluggish or overactive. Colonics are a wonderful kickstart if you want to detoxify your body and get weight and eating issues under control.

Interests

I am interested in people's overall health. As a practitioner I am approachable, friendly and caring. As the mind, body and emotional health are so closely linked, detoxing your insides is a good starting place for self healing. Making people feel better is rewarding for me.

Colonics and Enemas....what's that about?

People either run away and say 'no thanks' when I tell them I am a Colonic Hydrotherapist or they are really up for a treatment but are too shy to actually get on with it. That's okay, I had no idea what a colonic was until I completed my training and started working in alternative health clinics. It is actually a longwinded and potentially off putting title for a treatment that is very straightforward.
