I am an LMT in Missouri and still trying to get licensed in Arkansas. Along side Massage I also hold an A.A.S. in Landscape Design and an A.A.S. in Nursery Management. I am a student with CCNH.edu, studying Holistic Nutrition / Herbology and completed a Physical Therapy Aide course with Penn Foster.

Interests

My goal, interest and passion is for encouraging others to care about their bodies and credibility in the health care field. Nutrition is #1 important factor in health care. YOU ARE WHAT YOU ABSORB.

Processed foods and synthetic chemicals harm our bodies. Growing your food...your nutrition...is not a new alternative. "Holistic" foods and way of life has always been apart of society. The term "Alternative" really should be focused on manufactures of processed foods our bodies cannot digest, create and promote disease as well as synthetic chemicals created by the pharmaceutical industry as a means to profit off your illness'.

Proper nutrition...consuming whole foods and exercise is the best health care maintenance and health preventive measure.

As a Massage Therapist....I am promoting "CREDIBILITY IN THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY" How can we tell others to take care of themselves if we are not being an example for our clientele when they come to us.

I am a Master Gardener in the county where I live and work with kids in the school pertaining to horticulture. I have two A.A.S. Degrees: landscape design and nursery management. I grow my nutrition and encourage others to do the same.
