You may cancel a contract anytime within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the products. You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty unless the products are non-returnable or made to order according to your own specification.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us or email us clearly stating your full contact details, product details and invoice number. Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the products. You must return the products to us at your expense. We would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Returns - If an item other than those which are non-returnable or individually made to order, is unsuitable you may return it within 10 working days unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
